Image Capture Plus  supports Japanese, Simplified Chinese ,  Traditional Chinese and Korean. 
Then, the supported languages for each system locale are as follows.
 Japanese Locale :  Japanese and European languages.
 Simplified Chinese Locale :  Simplified Chinese and European languages.
 Traditional Chinese Locale :  Traditional Chinese and European languages.
 Korean Locale :  Korean and European languages.
 Other Locale : European languages.
 * European languages : English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Portuguese(Brazilian)
